چکیده
Abstract Sixty-six accessions of Musa genus with different genomic groups that consisted wild relatives and cultivated lines were obtained from the International Transit Center, Belgium, for DNA extraction using Cetyl trimethylammonium bromide method, followed by amplification Conserved DNA-derived Polymorphism (CDDP) markers genetic diversity population assessment. A total 421 alleles major allele frequency 2.051 detected reproducible markers. High (GD, 11.093) polymorphic information content (0.918) revealed. The number loci percentage ranged 59 to 66 89.34 100, respectively. Using potential indicators including effective alleles, Nei’s diversity, Shannon’s index, AS group was identified have highest GD, while AAA had lowest GD indices. parameters in ranked as > AAB AAAA AA ABB diploidy BB AB high low based on Total intraspecific interspecific estimate gene flow 0.433, 0.404, 7.113, coefficient differentiation 0.066 obtained, indicating 6.57% among 93.43% within population. Dendrogram analysis produced nine subgroups at similarity index 0.814. These CDDP functional gene-based informative very efficient resolving indices banana plantain genomes. might serve tools selecting suitable training populations breeding conservation species.

Assessment of genetic diversity in Iranian wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and lines using microsatellite markers
In this study, genetic diversity of 20 wheat genotypes was evaluated using 126 simple sequence repeats (SSR) alleles, covering all three wheat genomes. A total of 1557 allelic variants were detected for 126 SSR loci. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 4 to 19 and the allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) varied from 0.66 (Xgwm429) to 0.94 (Xgwm212 and Xgw...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers
Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Cultivars using Microsatellite Markers
Determining the level of genetic diversity and relationships among genotypes is foundation for identifying the appropriate parents in different breeding objects. In present study, the genetic diversity of 22 wheat cultivars were tested using 22 pairs of SSR primers. Out of 24 detected alleles, 11 were able to show desirable polymorphism. In average 2.18 alleles per locus were generated, in whic...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers
The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...

Fenugreek is one of the important edible and medicinal vegetables that have a long history of cultivation and consumption. Characterize the extent of the genetic diversity among landraces will provide a good context for future breeding programs and genetic resource preservation. Genetic diversity and population structure of 88 individuals of eight landraces of Iranian fenugreek evaluated based ...
